We've got some one-high drops to drop like it's hot! This workshop will expand past the drops we cover in Sling Foundations and Maiden Voyage to cover drops that have a single dropping mechanism. We will also begin to explore some drops outside of the climbers seat/harness wrap. These drops can eventually be used to stack together in Building Blocks and beyond!
Prerequisites: familiarity & comfort with climbers seat/harness wrap, ability to repeatedly mount into sling rigged above head height. Any previous dropping experience on vertical apparatus (including silks) is highly recommended. Please contact the studio with any questions!
