This 90 minute workshop guides the student in threading in, on, and around the trapeze. We will move through different planes on and around the bar and retrace our steps. This workshop is for folx who are interested in establishing a connection with unconventional pathways and unlocking their potential.

• Prerequisites - must have some aerial experience and be able to move through a 60 second sequence comfortably
