Open House - Sling & Lyra

In this open house class, we will introduce beginners to the world of aerial hoop and aerial sling. We will spend our 60 minutes together learning a couple of the amazing shapes and poses that this vertical apparatus has to offer in a safe environment.

Prerequisites: the desire to grow oneself, learn a new skill, and get stronger in the process. Also, must want to have fun!
