Mixed-Level Trapeze

In this class, students will be given level-appropriate skills and creative exercises to promote development of sequencing and progression within skill acquisition. Each month will follow a different theme. While it is helpful to attend every week, it is not required.

Participation in this class requires a basic understanding of trapeze foundations. While this class is mixed level, students should have some trapeze experience.

Prerequisites: Understanding of sitting/standing on the bar, front Lion, mounting the trapeze (using your feet is fine), ability to confidently dismount from the trapeze.
