Jump into the world of Tippy Lyra! In this workshop, Francesca with help familiarize you with this unique apparatus through basic balance skills, fun dynamics, and spinning! Learn how to connect your previous aerial knowledge and embrace the imbalance during this workshop. If you've taken Tippy Lyra with Francesca before, you will learn new material in this workshop!

- Min 1 year of aerial experience (preferably 6+ months Lyra experience)
Students should be comfortable with:
- Basic bar moves (front balance, knee hangs, back balance (with hands is fine), pullover, standing up on a bar, inversions (bent arms okay)
- Slow spins (totally optional)
- Please wear leggings or tights, something to cover your legs
- Socks are recommended
