Harness dance is a discipline where you will learn to moves while being suspended from a harness attached to the ceiling. It combines elements of dance, acrobatics, and aerial arts. We will have fun while experiencing a unique blend of physicality and creativity in a safe environment.
It's perfect for the new and advanced aerialist or dancer. Everyone is welcome! We will talk about some dance terms and aerial terms as well, like turns and spinning, or jumps and suspension, stay grounded or fly.
All of this will happen at the same time as exploring with a harness attached to a different apparatus on top. Explore new shapes, and challenge your brain to be upside down.
Prerequisites: None! Come with an open mind, and we will build everything up slowly.
