In this open house class, we will introduce beginners to the world of double loops. We will spend our 30 minutes together learning a couple of the amazing shapes and poses that this apparatus has to offer in a safe environment.
Prerequisites: the desire to grow oneself, learn a new skill, and get stronger in the process. Also, must want to have fun!
