Dynamic Duo - Aerial Duo Workshop with Satarah

“Start your journey to dynamic partnering with this workshop. We will learn basic kipping for short-burst dynamic momentum that will lead to various explosive duo movements. After working on skills, Satarah will guide the class into a fun, short sequence of hand-to-hand skills.”

Prerequisites: a strong understanding of catcher’s hang on trapeze, skirt on lyra, or crossback straddle on silks to base. For flyers, the ability to invert, hang, and a basic understanding of momentum. Comfortable being in physical contact with another human.
