We are so excited to teach you a base choreography that we've created that you can do with multiple apparatus. Bring your favorite or use one of ours! We will do this unlit for the majority of the class and will hopefully have time afterward to light up.
For all workshops, please wear natural fiber clothing and keep your hair pulled back.
