Let’s get bendy together! In this class, we will be focusing on strength and stability while taking our flexibility to the next level. With an emphasis placed on resistance training, we will build confidence in the strength of our body in its ability to bend, both for ground contortionism and in the air! We will be focusing on back bending along with splits.
Pre-requisites: Must be able to hold a plank for 30+ seconds. Must be able to do 5+ consecutive pushups.
