So, you’ve done a sling or two and want to take your journey in the Slingdom to the next step. In Sling Layering, we’re gonna get weird! We’ll build on the skills covered in Sling Foundations and dive deeper into wrap theory, improvisation, momentum, and pathway exploration. We’ll start stacking drops and learning skills from standing in the sling, as well as putting together some longer and more intricate sequences.
We recommend students wear or bring clothing covering their midriff, armpits, and backs of knees.
Suggested prerequisites: straddle from standing in the sling and ability to pull back up to a shoulder lock-off, comfort getting into and out of climber’s seat and seatbelt.
