In trapeze layering, students will utilize skills learned in foundations classes to learn more in depth and difficult skills, while also learning how to safely explore and create their own shapes and sequences.
Prerequisites: This level is by invitation. Students should have a strong understanding of foundational skills, can mount a bar head-height successfully, and can sequence up to one minute on the bar.
